During her early years, visual arts such as painting and drawing, were an outlet for Park because it gave her a sense of escapism. However, in 2012, she saw a Chanel runway show which was televised and her road to becoming a fashion designer began. Parks attended the prestigious Central Saint Martins – University of the Arts where she had the opportunities to intern under top designers like Marc Jacobs, for example. In 2020, her final year at CSM, she worked on the first ever collection for her brand, Miss Sohee, “Girl in Full Bloom”. The collection was inspired by the concept of evolution from girl to woman while also mimicking her own transition from illustrator to designer. It intended to be shown at her final-year presentation, however with the lockdown, this was not possible. As a solution, she photographed her designs on model, Georgie Hobday, officially beginning her career as a designer.

During a performance on the Graham Norton Show, singer Miley Cyrus had a backdrop of her wearing Parks’ Peony Gown. Cardi B was also photographed in a few Miss Sohee pieces for her Billboard Woman of the Year- 2020 spread.
