Monday Motivation: The Art of Substitution

Here we are once again starting the week. This week we are learning the art of substitution to cut calories.

Did you know that so many calories can be avoided by simply substituting condiments? One of the most popular condiments is Mayonnaise which has almost 100 calories alone and is high in saturated fat. What if we told you we had a healthy alternative to using mayonnaise on your favorite sandwiches. Yes, it can be used as a spread too just like mayo yet it has nutrients that are healthy for you.
